Florida Vocation School Graduates dominate

Florida has more than 800 state-licensed and regulated private career schools and schools to educate more than 265,000 students each year. In 2007-2008 more than 90,000 students have graduated and received a certificate, two years or four years, master's or Ph.D.Florida career school or university. "Most people do not realize that we workers are the backbone of Florida," said Kathy Mizereck, CEO of FAPSC. "Our schools are very professional and technical, career-specific programs, instead of helping students to concentrate on work."
